Capsicum Chicken
















Ingredient
  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Onion – 3 cups (chopped)
  • Capsicum – 3 cups (chopped)
  • Tomato – 2 cups (chopped)
  • Ginger paste – 4 tea spoon
  • Vinegar – 2 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilly – 5 (slice into halves)
  • Oil – 4 tea spoon
Method 

Marinate the chicken with ginger paste, chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, vinegar, lemon juice and salt for 6 to 8 hours. Heat the oil in a kadai and put green chilly. Then put the marinated chicken and mixed all the things and cover the kadai. Let all the water to come out from the vegetable and cooked till all the water evaporate and gravy start sticking the chicken. Don’t add water Check that the chicken is done and serve hot with peas pulao or as starter.
